Babies with Heart Defects

There is a new book soon to be published. It is called “Matters of the Heart” and it contains stories of babies with heart defects. 50 families joined hands to create this beautiful work, not just for themselves or their babies with heart defects but also for the public. There are many who do not know about these kinds of defects, and if we are able to save at least one baby with a heart defect we can realize our mission. My vision is that many will read this book and will go see their doctor in order to get additional heart tests. Doctors do know about babies with heart defects but don't consider them highly likely – I don’t understand that. 

You will be able to read many different stories of babies with heart defects, and each one will make you more aware of this silent killer. All of them are lovingly written by parents and loved ones of these babies with heart defects, and I can personally guarantee you that after reading these stories you will have the desire to make a difference for them!
